Adam Recognised for 10 Years of Service

Congratulations to Adam Catalano on 10 years of Service!
Adam began his journey with the company at just 19 years old after leaving school. First employed as a Packer on the Manual Packing Line where he packed boxes on the Cutting, Mealing and Value Add lines. After 12 months of packing boxes he was trained as an Operator in the Blanching area. Adam was an Operator for four years before moving back to the Cutting line to take on the role as Leading Hand.
At the end of 2018 Adam went to the Auto Packing line along with assisting as a Floater where required.
Early 2019 Adam obtained a position as Assistant Receivals Officer in the Receivals Department where he enjoying his role thus far.
Adam has done so well learning different areas of the business and furthered himself in the business. Adam’s motto for work is “Treat people how you want to be treated.”
